GLAHU moved away from the Healthcare Reform and Exchange focus for the April and May meetings to discuss some Marketing and IT progressive thinking. Our June meeting we will be installing our new slate of officers and will have a featured speaker from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services Ms. Lisa Lee. Ms. Lee focuses on Medicaid enrollments and procedures and will be doing a presentation over the new face of Medicaid. As a board we understand that Medicaid has been a large part of agents lives and we feel that education in this demographic is imperative moving forward. GLAHU had great participation in the KYAHU Golf Scramble and I believe we have 8 local members who will be attending the National Conference in Phoenix at the end of next month.
Our Junior Achievement Annual Bowling Event will be held on June 13th. Put a team together and join us!
